Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

If your front tooth feels loose after an accident, it is important to have it checked by a dentist as soon as possible. Trauma can stretch or damage the fibers that hold the tooth in place, and sometimes the tooth’s root or surrounding bone can be affected. Early evaluation increases the chances of saving the tooth.

In many cases, a dentist can gently stabilize the tooth while the surrounding tissues heal. Until you can be seen, avoid biting or chewing with that tooth, stick to soft foods, and try not to touch or wiggle it. Rinse your mouth gently with warm salt water to keep the area clean.

If there is swelling, apply a cold pack externally, and for pain, over-the-counter painkillers like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol can help. Avoid placing medicine directly on your gums.

With prompt care, a loose tooth from an accident often has a good chance of recovery. I hope this helps, and I am happy to provide further guidance if needed.

I hope this helps.

Kindly revert if there are any queries.

Thank you.
