I am 20 years old and was diagnosed with lung cancer seven months ago. I underwent surgery and chemotherapy, and everything seemed to be progressing as expected until my most recent scan showed that the cancer has now spread to the lining of my chest wall, which my oncologist referred to as the pleura.
