Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 35-year-old male, got married around seven years ago, and I have two daughters, one is six years old and the other is two years old. I am consulting you about a very serious problem of mine regarding my sexual health, in my 35 years of life I have masturbated for around 20 years on a daily basis and lost my all power and energy, not only that, as a result of masturbation my sexual organ both penis and testicles reduced to the size of a two years old baby boy. In normal conditions and when fully erected it just rises to a maximum of hardly four inches and during sex, I can continue to foreplay for 20 minutes at maximum, and during intercourse, I last only a few seconds, maybe not even 10 seconds. I also tried to do sex without foreplay but nothing changed in terms of timing and hardness, I am suffering from severe problems of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, you may consider it type A. I have tried all medications that I could, allopathy medicines, homeopathy medicines, herbal medicines, and nothing ever worked not even once, I have been a complete failure when it comes to bed and now I am sick of it and often think of attempting suicide, can you help me to get back to normal life, one important thing, after my marriage I never masturbated, and I only made love two to three times a month in the bed because of this issue. Can you please help me out? I want medicine that not only removes my problem of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation but also makes the size of my sexual organ normal just like a healthy male of my age, whatever the size of both penis and testicles.
Thank you for taking your time and reading my issue.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
It can be due to the following reasons:
Stress due to work or family-related, or night duties. You may plan for regular exercise and yoga.
Depression.
Varicocele.
Fear of failure - having one episode of ED (erectile dysfunction) once may make you feel you will end up with it.
Because of low self-esteem, many tend to be involved in chronic masturbation.
Homosexuality.
Religious constraints.
Smoking and alcohol.
Long-term illness – Cardiac disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, or any other disease with long-term medication.
Negative attitude towards your partner.
Hormonal issues, thyroid issues, or low testosterone.
Long-term drug usage.
Diabetes and hypertension.
Need to check the Doppler penis, USG (ultrasound) pelvis, scrotum, and blood pressure, and regarding the size of the penis and testicles need to plan for an ultrasound scan. RBS (random blood sugar), free T3, T4, TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), and testosterone. Share more details regarding the above reasons, we can then work on diagnosis and treatment. For a temporary solution, I suggest you take the tablet Mildfil (PDE5 inhibitors) 5 milligrams twice a day and tablet Duralast (dapoxetine) 30 milligrams, 30 minutes before sex for 30 days. Consult your specialist doctors, discuss with them, and take the medicines and tests with their consent.
I hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.
