Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been masturbating twice every day hence getting weakness, feeling pain in my backbone, and having erection issues whenever I keep looking at girls. I may like to have sex but if I try to have sex, my penis would not stand for longer. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern. Masturbation is normal, ninety-five percent of males do that out of a hundred males it is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is a good practice,

1. It helps to relieve stress.

2. Boosts mood.

3. Improves sleep.

4. Helps to prevent depression and anxiety.

5. Relaxes the mind of a person.

6. Relieves pain and muscle cramps.

7. Relieves the sexual tension.

8. Improves the confidence of a person.

9. Allows one to have better sex.

10. Helps the person understand his needs and desires.

11. In females masturbation increases vaginal blood flow.

Masturbation will not harm your penis, having it two to three times a week is not an issue, more than that can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, and a sense of infertility.

Ways to reduce masturbation are,

1. Sex education.

2. Physical exercises.

3. Sleep adjustment.

4. Quality of sleep.

5. Healthy and balanced diet.

6. Programming for leisure time.

7. Development of spirituality.

8. Taking a cold bath.

For tiredness or a decrease in strength, I suggest using a capsule. Astymin forte once a morning and tablet Shelcal once a night after food for thirty days. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.

Thank you.
