Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 28-year-old, and I have been addicted to masturbation at night just before sleep for 20 years. I can control it during the daytime but not at night time, which causes health hazards, improper brain work, and muscle cramps. I need medication to stop my masturbation habit.
Thanks.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern.
I am very sorry about your medical condition and am glad that you are paying attention to changes in your body system. Regarding your symptoms, I believe you have developed persistent masturbation. I will advise you on the following:
Avoid situations, content, or environments that stimulate the urge, such as explicit media, and keep your living space organized and distraction-free to limit idle time.
Engage in hobbies like sports, art, or reading to redirect energy, and exercise regularly to channel physical energy and reduce stress.
Learn relaxation techniques, like meditation or yoga, to manage urges.
Practice deep breathing or grounding exercises when faced with temptation.
Take one capsule of 500 mg of multivitamin three times daily for one month.
I hope this information will help you.
Thanks.
