Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
No matter how often I brush or floss, my teeth still have cavities, and I brush twice daily. I even cut out excessive acidic foods. I have a partial denture in the front. Unfortunately, I cannot afford an implant.
What is the best alternative to an implant for the two missing teeth in the front?
Please help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
You have not mentioned if your denture is removable or fixed or a partial denture; you should have uploaded a picture so that I could have provided you with a better treatment plan. Therefore, the implant is an alternative to a fixed partial denture; it is not costly and is esthetic. You can go for the zirconium bridge. It will be durable and color-matching.
Secondly, I suggest you get your cavities filled and brush twice, after breakfast and before bed. That will help you to reduce further caries. Finally, you can upload a picture of the denture so that I can provide you with a better possible treatment plan.
I hope you find it helpful.
