Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Given the age (62 years) and the rapid growth, it is important to get it evaluated as soon as possible.

I suggest you observe for red flags (ABCDE Rule). These include:

  1. Asymmetry – One half of the mole looks different from the other.
  2. Border – Irregular or jagged edges.
  3. Color – Multiple colors (black, brown, red, white, or blue).
  4. Diameter – Larger than six mm (millimeter) (pencil eraser size).
  5. Evolving – Rapid changes in size, shape, or symptoms (like bleeding).

I advise you to do the following:

  1. See a dermatologist immediately for an examination and possible biopsy.
  2. Avoid scratching or irritating it, as bleeding could indicate fragile blood vessels.
  3. Monitor for other symptoms, such as pain, itching, or additional changes.

Since the mole is rapidly growing and bleeding, do not delay medical evaluation.

Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
