Patient's Query

Hi,

I cannot straighten my arm after last day's biceps and triceps workout. I just started and only felt pain in my left hand. The pain feels like my bicep is getting torn. The pain is getting unbearable. What to do?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It can either be a muscle strain or a tendon tear. Try and control your pain with the below medicines. If it still pains, then you will require a clinical examination. It would help if you took the following tablets: Consult your doctor before taking the medication.

    1. Tablet Ibuprofen (400 mg) twice daily for ten days after food.
    2. Tablet Rabeprazole (20 mg) once daily for ten days before food. Take the tablets only if you are not allergic to them or in case of bronchial asthma, and follow up in case of any unwanted reactions.
      • Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
