Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Whenever I smoke or vape nicotine, I always get different reactions from my friends. They will say I am overreacting or my nicotine rush is not that long. When I inject nicotine, I will be very lightheaded, I can feel my whole body vibrating and it lasts one to two minutes. I struggle to walk, talk, and type. And my friends say that I am very hot like a heater. I do enjoy it even though I become impaired as the sensation feels good. It also makes my hearing more sensitive. I do not know why this happens to me. Could there be something wrong with my brain, as I do have muscle twitches all over my body?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Actually, these can be withdrawal symptoms of nicotine, so I would suggest you avoid them completely. I would also suggest you take a tablet of Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once before sleeping for 15 days. Consult your specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medication.

Avoid smoking completely. If not, you will have bad consequences like irritation, memory loss, and confusion. So do not try again. When did you consume it last time? Please let me know

I hope this helps you.

Thank you for consulting me.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
