Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

  1. Your history is within normal limits and does not indicate any pathology.
  2. Nightfall, twice a month, is completely normal. Night erections and occasional ejaculation are not abnormal because semen used to come out either by sex, masturbation or nightfall.
  3. When you indulge in a sexual relationship and start having sex, it will improve; there is no need for any treatment.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

Also, I need a few more clarifications. When I see an adult picture, I will immediately get wet.

  1. Why is it so?
  2. Is my penis very sensitive?

Recently, I checked my sugar levels and BP. Both were normal. Please share your suggestions on this.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

  1. It is absolutely a normal phenomenon. In fact, it is a sign of better sexuality, as the secretion implies your willingness and normal physiological response towards having real sex.
  2. It will help in the future with penetration, as many people who are suffering from dryness have to use a lubricant for penetration.
  3. Nevertheless, you can keep yourself busy and distract yourself from sexual thoughts to avoid this.

For further doubts, consult a sexologist online.

I hope I have answered your question.

Thank you.
