Hello doctor,
For the past seven months, I have had a lack of sensation in my right forehead region above my eyebrow. I underwent a brain CT, lumbar and cervical spine MRI, and a few blood tests to check the levels of vitamin B12, thyroid, etc and all the reports were normal. It is not completely numb but just enough to make my skin feel tight in that area and a little difficult to lift my right eyebrow.
At first, the numbness was spread over the entire right side of my face with the scalp, temple, forehead, and right side of the nose along with a constant headache. However, that seems to have ceased and now I am left with this nagging numbness in my forehead with no explanation.
Please help me.

I went through your query and understood your concern.
As all your tests are normal, there is no reason to worry about it. It could be a pinched nerve in this area (a small branch of the trigeminal nerve), probably related to inflammation or pressure. This nerve opens right in this region and it may be damaged by pressure too.
But, as all your tests have shown nothing abnormal, it seems to be just a temporary situation. A little massage in this area may help increase the blood supply and thus the regeneration.
