I am a 37 year old female. I am considering taking a ketogenic diet to lose some weight. I am obese. I gained this much weight only after my second delivery. What are the key components included in this diet? Will it help in losing weight? I heard that obesity can result in multiple health issues in the body. Is that true? If you think that a ketogenic diet will not help me, then what are the other dietary options that might help me to lose some weight? Kindly tell me some strategies to lose weight healthily.
