Can a 23-year-old face pregnancy risk from oral sex?
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 23-year-old female. I am new to a relationship and unmarried.
When I come close to my partner, we kiss and foreplay with clothes on. We do a lot of deep kissing, and he rubs me everywhere. Sometimes we do have oral sex also, but we do not perform any penetrative sex at that time, so I have some queries in my mind.
1) While doing oral sex, he ejaculates in my mouth, and some of his semen or sperm comes to my breast or stomach. Can I get pregnant? (When I did a blowjob, I wore my underwear.)
2) When he kisses me or does foreplay, he ejects in his underwear, so can that sperm pass through his underwear and make me pregnant?
On the internet I read a lot and got confused, please help me, doctor. I am very sure I did not do penetrative sex; I only gave oral, but I was in my pants. Many times when he kissed me a lot, ejaculation happened in his pants.
I get my period every 40 to 45 days. My last period was on January 14, and I came close to my partner on January 26 and February 12.
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
However, I will answer your query, as mentioned.
1) Oral sex does not make you pregnant. No sperm will come from the breast. Even if your partner ejaculates, it will pass into your stomach if you swallow. This way, you cannot become pregnant.
2) Rubbing does not make you pregnant, because to become pregnant, your partner should have penetrative sex, following which there should be ejaculation, and moreover, you should be in a fertile period.
By the two scenarios you mentioned in your query, you cannot become pregnant.
Sperm never travels when a male ejaculates in his underwear.
You can sit back and relax; there is nothing to worry about.
Take care.
I hope you find this helpful.
Thank you.
