Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a child who has an overbite. I need braces. However, I have the type of parent who does not ever take her kids to the dentist, but I recently turned 16 and got a job to pay for my braces. But how much will they cost? How much will my insurance cover? Also, what paperwork will I need to take into the dentist's office? Can I make the appointment without an adult? How long will I wait to get the braces placed on? I know I asked a lot of questions, and I am sorry. I need these braces, and if I know all this information, my parents will consider taking me to the dentist.

Thanks.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Well, this is common in every family. You can book appointments online on your own. It will be costly for you, but you can have insurance, and the dentist will give you a form to fill in the information about insurance and personal details. You can have half money from your parents and half from your savings. Braces will be given in a week or less.

At last, you should take one family member with you during the procedure. Take your identity card and everything on paper with you with photographs. Keep me updated with the improvements.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
