Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I just finished my period, but I have a feeling of pressure as I need to push something out of the vagina. There is no pain, but I have a weird pressure sensation.
I also have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) or polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), but never experienced this type of feeling before.
Kindly help.
Thank you.

If yes, when did it come out?
Is it during work or strenuous exercise?
Any burning micturition, urgency, frequency, or dripping urination
Any history of Constipation.
Any complaint of per vaginal bleeding, or sporting, dyspareunia or intermenstrual bleeding, and any postcoital bleeding.
Any complaint of per vaginal discharge? If yes, the color of the discharge, the consistency of the discharge, and the amount of the discharge? Any bleeding associated with the discharge.

Any family history of uterovaginal prolapse.

I would appreciate it if you answer all these queries, so I can reach the differential diagnosis.
I suggest you do an ultrasonography (USG) test for the pelvis.
Treatment includes:
Kegel exercise for three months. You have to do eight contractions, three times a day, for three months. See on YouTube how to do this kegel exercise.
If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
