Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I had petechia not that severe on my hands and legs. I went for a checkup they gave me some medicines. And it was all gone in 14 to 15 days. But it came back again. My blood test is all normal. WBC and everything are all fine except my Hgb. But this time I am also having hair loss which I never had. My hemoglobin is low. Also, I have no other symptoms like fever cough diarrhea no fatigue. I am all fine. Please what happened to me I am concerned. Help me. I am stressed of the rash and hair loss.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Petechiae can be caused by a variety of factors, including infections, autoimmune disorders, medications, and blood disorders. It is possible that your petechiae and hair loss are related to your low hemoglobin levels. When your hemoglobin levels are low, it can lead to anemia, which can cause a variety of symptoms, including fatigue, shortness of breath, hair loss, and petechiae. You require additional testing on the basis of the degree of anemia. You can share the report with me. Additionally, taking steps to maintain good overall health, such as eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and managing stress, can also be helpful. Feel free to contact me for further queries.

Thank you.
