Can I get chest pain or feel low while taking Phentermine?

Hello doctor,

I am dealing with side effects of Phentermine, and I want to know if they are normal, what I can do to alleviate them, and also what to know while on it, as I was not given any information regarding the medication.

I am not sure when I started the medication, but I know it was at least a week ago, and at most a week and a half. I feel more fatigued than usual and cannot even wake up to go for a walk in the morning. I generally feel lazier overall. I also have dull chest pain after taking the medication, which gets worse when I take deep breaths, along with headaches. My mood feels lower than usual, almost like I am depressed, though I do not think it is serious enough to qualify as depression.

I have dealt with mental health issues before, but I was never officially diagnosed and was not put on any medication. At most, I tried therapy, but it was not effective. My cholesterol and blood pressure were higher than they should be.
