I have dark spots near hair roots on my face, and there are small pimples on my face.

1. Use Dermadew acne face wash twice daily for two weeks.
2. Apply Clindamycin (Lincomycin antibiotic) clear gel twice daily for two weeks.
3. Apply Acne OC (sebum-regulating moisturizer) cream during the day for two weeks.
Regarding follow-up:
Follow-up to be done after two weeks.
The preventive measures to be followed include:
Do not scratch or rub the lesions.
Avoid using oily, greasy cosmetic products.
Eat a diet rich in antioxidants, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins A and C.
Drink plenty of water.
Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.
