I started experiencing these symptoms about a week after getting a pneumonia vaccine. I have been having neck pain around the outside area and a feeling like I am going to choke, even though my breathing is normal. When I eat, it sometimes feels like there is a bubble of air stuck in my throat. The feeling can be triggered by overthinking, but sometimes it happens for no clear reason. What should I do to prevent this from happening again or to avoid triggering it?
