Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am an 18-year-old male.
While pleasuring myself, I bent my penis to the left side and heard a popping sound. I immediately lost my erection, but I did not experience much pain; maybe there was very little, but I do not remember. I was not able to get an erection for a few days. I took a break for more than a month, and then I was able to get erections normally. Why so?
Kindly help.
Hello,
I am glad you chose iCliniq for your medical-related queries.
I can understand your concern.
Actually, it is normal, so do not worry. The penis is made of glands and muscles, and there are no bones, so such sounds can be heard. If there is no pain and swelling, then everything is perfectly fine. But be careful next time; sometimes, twisting it more can lead to a fracture. So, there is nothing to be done. If there is anything else, please let me know so I can help you accordingly.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.
Thank you.
