Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am A 32-year-old female without any medical complications. I have survived a COVID-19 infection recently. I had only mild symptoms and recovered at home. My isolation period is over after 17 days since the infection became positive. And all the blood test reports are normal. I want to know when I will get back to my normal life? When can I start gym and cardio? And when can I start smoking and drinking again. I hardly smoke two to three cigarettes a week and occasionally drink between two or three months. Please do not say to quit everything. I need an optimistic answer.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com. Thanks for your query. As per your history, you recently had a COVID-19 infection with mild symptoms. If you are asymptomatic and your saturation is normal, you can start your normal activities. Start your exercises gradually and try not to overexert yourself in the beginning. Weakness and cough take time to relieve. Kindly take symptomatic treatment for that. I hope it helps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
