We practice sex through dry humping with two layers of underwear (one on me, one on her), and the penis thrusts into the vagina with underwear on. Is it possible for my girlfriend to get pregnant with precum?

I went though your query and understood your concern.I suggest there is no chance of pregnancy in your case because sperm cannot travel and survive on clothes. Semen in its liquid form travels through clothes, but it also dries out when come in contact with air.
Sperm can not swim through clothes and reach the vagina and make her pregnant. So, there is no chance of pregnancy in your case.
