Can I get pregnant by the withdrawal method used during sex?

I had unprotected sex twice on different days, and both times we used the withdrawal method. I am worried. Can I still get pregnant from that? What birth control options are safe if there is a chance I could get pregnant? I do not have any major medical conditions. Please help.

Pregnancy is still possible with the withdrawal (pull-out) method. Even if the man pulls out before ejaculation, pre-ejaculate fluid ("pre-cum") can contain sperm, which may lead to pregnancy.
