Hello doctor,
I ejaculated in my pants when my girlfriend was straddling me and sitting on my crotch area. As soon as I did, she got off. I had boxers and pants on, and there was a little stain from the semen on my pants. There was no penetration. Should I be concerned about potential pregnancies?

I can understand your concern. I have read your query, and there is no chance of pregnancy in your case because sperm can not travel and survive on clothes. Semen in its liquid form travels through clothes, but it also dries out when it comes in contact with air. Sperm cannot swim through clothes, reach the vagina, and make someone pregnant. Thank you for your response. We are anxious because she was on top of me for a second or two. But to confirm, semen cannot go through clothes (despite a stain), as there is no actual intercourse or penetration. Hence there is a zero chance of pregnancy. Is that right?
