Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have premature ejaculation and blood pressure problems. I am using a combination of Desvenlafaxine and Clonazepam for anxiety. Please advise.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I checked your semen report (attachments are removed to protect the patient's identity). It looks fine. I do not see any problem there. Premature ejaculation occurs in more than 65 % of men. It is a problem but not a bodily disorder. You can overcome this problem through medication, delaying condoms, gels, or tablets. Differential diagnosis is PE (premature ejaculation). Here are my suggestions for you. Please take the following ayurvedic medicines for two months:

1. Capsule containing Safed Musli.

2. Capsule containing Shilajit.

3. Capsule containing Vitex.

For the first two weeks, that is, until the Ayurveda medications start giving results, you may follow one of the following alternatives:

Put on a special type of condom to delay ejaculation. Or, take a tablet of Dapoxetine 30 mg 12 tablets and take a tablet one to three hours before intercourse. Otherwise, you can combine both the above alternatives. Use any of the above methods for about two to three weeks in addition to the ayurvedic medicines prescribed above. Once things improve slightly, please let me know so that I can explain to you the natural methods of controlling ejaculation.

Follow up after two weeks.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you. I am living in a village, so any medicines are good. I used Dapoxetine, but it was of no use.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Since you are using medication for high BP (blood pressure), better avoid Shilajit, as it may further lower the BP and might lead to complications. Just take medicines Vitex and Safed Musli. They are safe to use along with the other medications you are using.

I hope this helps.

Follow up if you have more doubts.

Kind regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
