I have ejaculation issues. Do I have a serious condition?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am facing a problem. Whenever I think of any woman, I ejaculate unknowingly. I do not know why it happens to me every time I think of a girl.

I do not think anything bad, but I am still facing this problem. Whenever my mind knows I am talking with a girl, my lower part gets heavier, and then sperm has ejaculated.

Please help me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

At your age, what you are describing is usually not a serious disease, and I can understand why it feels worrying.

What you are most likely experiencing is pre-ejaculatory fluid (pre-cum), which is a normal, clear fluid released from the penis (penile discharge) when a man becomes sexually aroused.

Sometimes, even talking to a girl, thinking about interaction, or feeling nervous excitement can trigger arousal in young men.

This can cause a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen or genital area and release a small amount of fluid. It does not always mean full ejaculation has happened.

This is a natural body response, especially at your age when hormones are strong, and sensitivity is high. You can reduce these episodes by following self-control and managing arousal through:

  1. Regular physical exercise.

  2. Good sleep.

  3. Limiting sexual thoughts or triggering content.

  4. Engaging in productive activities.

  5. Maintaining a healthy diet.

  6. Practicing relaxation techniques or meditation.

  7. Take cold showers when you feel overly stimulated.

As you grow older and gain more confidence in social interactions, this usually improves. If you notice true uncontrolled ejaculation happening very frequently without sexual arousal, then you need to visit a doctor for a physical evaluation and other investigations.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
