Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Normal sex duration is two to three minutes; sex duration less than one minute needs treatment. Masturbation for 30 seconds can lead to ejaculation, a good erection, and long sex.

  • To increase the foreplay duration during sex, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive 10 to 15 minutes of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection.
  • Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way that you do not ejaculate and enjoy. Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex. Sex is not a race, duration, or a strong or long, or thick penis; it does not mean your partner is happy.
  • Love your partner, learn about female masturbation, and give your partner an orgasm or climax because that is what makes the female happy and will increase the bond.
  • Count 1 to 50, one for each stroke.
  • Search for :
    1. Squeeze technique.
    2. Stop-start technique.
    3. Exercise: Kegels, squats, pelvic thrusts, bridge pose, jump rope, reverse lunges, yoga (Cobra pose), planks, cycling, swimming. Do all exercises consistently; do not rely on just one for results.
  • Drink adequate water to maintain hydration and muscle function.
  • Ensure your protein intake is sufficient for muscle recovery and strength.
  • Fruits (one to two servings per day), like pomegranates, bananas, watermelon, pineapple, and avocados.
  • Vegetables (two to three servings per day), including spinach, broccoli, kale, tomatoes, and ginger.
  • Nuts (two to three nuts per day), like almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios, and cashews.
  • Avoid processed foods; they lower testosterone and harm circulation.
  • Drink at least 0.5 to 0.8 gallons of water daily to keep blood flow optimal.
  • Eat whole, natural foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and lean proteins.

I hope my answer is clear to you, and if you need any details at any time, I am here and at your service.

Thank you.
