What are the ways to overcome premature ejaculation?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am suffering from premature ejaculation and would like to get it treated.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and would like to guide you in your query.

There are numerous reasons for premature ejaculation.

  1. Stressful employment which includes night shifts and or 24-hour jobs.

  2. Diabetes (increase in blood sugar level), hypertension (increase in blood pressure), and thyroid disorders can all cause premature ejaculation. Keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure, and thyroid hormones in check will assist you.

  3. Taking long-term treatment for hypertension and antipsychotic medicines.

  4. Frequent masturbation or prone masturbation.

  5. Watching excess pornography.

  6. Receiving less foreplay from a spouse or lack of information about foreplay and female masturbation.

  7. Having an affair makes you feel guilty.

  8. Lack of exercise, obesity (increase in body weight).

To rule out diabetes, I suggest you get an examination of your FBS (fasting blood sugar) or PPBS (postprandial blood sugar), as well as your blood pressure, T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone).

I suggest you take the tablet Duralast (dapoxetine) 30 mg as a short-term remedy. Consult the doctor and take medicines accordingly.

Natural methods can be used:

  1. To increase the foreplay duration during sex, women should receive ten to twenty minutes of foreplay, and men should receive ten to fifteen minutes of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection. Foreplay should be done in a relaxed manner. Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way you do not ejaculate and enjoy.

  2. You can try listening to relaxing music.

  3. Delayed condoms can help you to delay ejaculation.

Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex. Sex is not a race, but that does not mean your partner is happy. Love your partner, learn about female masturbation, and give your partner orgasm or climax.

I hope this information will help you.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.
