This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been a diabetic for the last seven years. I have been suffering from premature ejaculation for the previous four years. My sexual desire is quite good, but I cannot control my discharge. It happens quickly. My blood sugar is under control. Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Quick discharge or premature ejaculation is widespread and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety, and sometimes however, there may be problems with the prostate gland and thyroid hormone. It is often a chronic problem, and you must take medicines off and on. Also, there are exercises to control it. You can learn to control quick discharge by doing this exercise. Pull your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for a few seconds, then release. Repeat this several times daily. Another is the stop-start technique, when you feel that you are going to ejaculate, stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind, the penis will relax, and after some time, start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over a few months, you will gradually increase your ejaculation time. Also, there are medicines to treat it, but they cannot be prescribed online. You should do an ultrasound test of the prostate.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
