I can understand your concern. Sexual desire and sexual stamina are not built in one day. I believe that a healthy lifestyle can keep a person active with proper food and adequate exercise to help in improving one’s sex power. Diet plays a big role in one’s sex life. The healthier the person better is the sex life. Sex life reflects the lifestyle one leads. So, I suggest a few points to have a healthy life and better sexual life.

  1. Prefer to do moderate exercise, which increases sex energy to a great extent.
  2. Do simple push-ups or 30 minutes of walking or jogging.
  3. Have oysters, almonds, cashew, nuts, sesame seeds, walnuts, dates, chocolate, pumpkin seeds, and onions, which increases sexual power.
  4. Have fruits like apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries, and papayas.
  5. Do yoga like pranayama every day for excellent sexual stamina.
