Prostatic utricle cyst, also called utricular cyst, is a rare midline cystic lesion between the urinary bladder and the rectum, most often detected in the 1st and 2nd decades of life. These cysts are commonly associated with hypospadias and cryptorchidism. It may be asymptomatic or present with epididymitis, hematuria, pyuria, urinary incontinence, oligospermia, retention or constipation. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice for these cysts.
