Hi doctor,

I have a penis infection, and I get premature ejaculations and erections, and it bleeds while masturbating.

Please help.

Answered by Dr. Ali Osman

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am concerned about your worries.

The possible cause of your illness may be:

  1. STD (sexually transmitted diseases). Such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, and syphilis.
  2. Urethritis.
  3. Anal fissures or proctitis (infection or inflammation in the anus). Bleeding while urinating suggests the infection may be inside the urethra. That needs medical treatment urgently. Premature ejaculation and frequent erections are usually caused by infection, irritation, anxiety, and Inflammation of the prostate. But the bleeding is the biggest concern.

You need:

  1. STI blood tests.

  2. Urine test.

  3. Swab from the penis.

  4. Possibly an anal examination

Do not do the following:

  1. Have sex and masturbate.

  2. Insert anything into the anus until you are treated. This will not heal on its own. Also, your weight is quite low. That can weaken your immunity and slow healing.

Important question:

  1. When did the bleeding start?

  2. Is the blood mixed with urine, or are the drops separate?

  3. Do you have pain or burning while urinating?

If bleeding is heavy or constant, go to a hospital immediately.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
