Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Thanks for being open about this. What you are describing is a very common condition called premature ejaculation (PE), and you are not alone. The good news is that it is usually treatable with simple techniques, behavioral changes, and sometimes medications.

What is happening? It sounds like you are getting very aroused during foreplay. Before full penetration happens, ejaculation happens too quickly and sometimes even before entry. This is often due to high sensitivity, performance, anxiety, lack of control due to excitement possibly inexperience (especially in early relationships or new sexual activity)

What you can do:

1. Behavioral techniques: These are exercises that help train your body and mind to delay ejaculation.

a. Stop-start technique: Masturbate until you are close, then stop and wait until the urge reduces. Repeat this three times and then allow ejaculation.

b. Squeeze technique: When you are about to finish, gently squeeze the tip of your penis to reduce the urge.

2. Masturbate before sex: Try masturbating one to two hours before sex. This can reduce arousal during intercourse and delay ejaculation.

3. Use condoms: Condoms slightly reduce sensation, which can help delay climax.

4. Desensitizing creams or sprays: These are available in pharmacies. They can numb the penis slightly so you do not finish too fast. (Wipe off before penetration to avoid numbing your partner).

5. Strengthen pelvic muscles (kegels): Do daily pelvic floor exercises. Tighten the muscles you use to stop urinating, hold for five seconds, and then release. Repeat 10 to 15 times two to three times a day. If it continues, talk to a doctor. They may suggest low-dose SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) (like Paroxetine or Sertraline). These are medications that delay ejaculation. They also suggest topical anesthetics.

6. Go to counseling if performance anxiety is playing a role.

7. Final reassurance: This is very common, especially in younger guys or in early sexual experiences. Do not feel embarrassed. With practice and some patience, it usually improves a lot.

Would you like help with a specific routine or exercises to build control?

I hope this answers your query.

Let me assist you further.

Thank you.
