Squeeze Technique

The squeeze technique is a type of behavioral therapy for premature ejaculation. In this technique, the penis is squeezed right before orgasm during masturbation or sexual intercourse, until the feeling of ejaculation has passed. This has to be done 5 times or in every 10 to 15 minutes.
