Papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential, also called PUNLMP is a papillary tumor that resembles exophytic papilloma but with increased cellular proliferation. It affects lateral and posterior walls of the bladder, close to the ureteral orifices. The main early symptom of PUNLMP is gross or microscopic hematuria. Treatment involves transurethral resection.
