Quadriceps Strengthening

The Quadriceps Strengthening is strengthening of the four muscles namely rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, and vastus intermedius. It helps improve the kneecap balance and stability, protect knee joint, athletic ability. At home quad exercise are body weight squat, walking lunges, step-up, Bulgarian split squat, lateral lunge or side lunge, squat jump, box jump, reverse lunge, single leg raise, and single leg squat or pistol squat.
