I am sure that I must have misunderstood your question. Do not give any supplement or tablet to your children. Give them green leafy veggies. If you are an eggetarian, give them more eggs and if they are not gluten or lactose intolerant, you can give lots of tofu, paneer and dairy products. Do you mean the Clohex (Chlorhexidine) mouthwash? In that case, yes, long-term usage in some people can cause staining of the teeth. If you are particularly noticing yellowing of the enamel, then it is high time that you switch over to an antiseptic mouthwash containing Potassium nitrate (Sensodent - local brands can vary) or from what I can see on your needs and past dental history, I suggest you use Chlorhexidine gluconate oral rinse (Colgate PerioGard ) or Cetylpyridinium chloride (Plax) or any mint based, or Tulsi based mouthwashes.
