Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My cum was contaminated with brown liquid that looks like blood. I do my job by sitting on a chair for five hours. I have some back pain from this. But I have no problem during urination.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern it can be due to a urinary tract infection – common symptoms are blood in semen with a burning sensation passing through urine, and lower abdomen pain. I suggest you take a tablet of Uribid 100 mg ( Nitrofurantoin) twice a day after food to clear the infection or plan for a urine or semen culture test to know the cause. Infection in the prostate caused by injury during sex or masturbation can be diagnosed by doing an ultrasound pelvis. A kidney stone can also be a reason and doing an ultrasound abdomen can help diagnose the cause. The bleeding disorder can cause this issue and doing blood investigation – BT (bleeding time), CT (clotting time), PT (prothrombin time), etc can help diagnose infection or injury in the scrotum. Doing an ultrasound scrotum can help diagnose If there is pain you can use the tablet Zerodol p (Serratiopeptidase, Aceclofenac, and Paracetamol)as a temporary solution. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take medications with their consent.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
