How can I manage dizziness and fainting along with my RA?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. I also have migraines and sinus, cervical, and lower back pain. I also got acidity recently. I have shortness of breath, and it is too much. I black out in the middle of the day.

I faint, and I get heavy breathing and all. The fatigue is there, and I feel nauseous and dizzy, too, and I black out or see black dots. I just feel a lot of weakness in my body and restlessness.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Based on your history and description, the possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) related symptoms is more likely. So, get an upper GI scope PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis.

Start Pantoprazole with Levosulperide combination twice a day before food. Take Mucaine gel syrup 10 ml thrice daily after food. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take the medicines with their consent.

I hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. I wish you good health.

Thank you.
