Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I had a car accident a few years ago and my left hand side was affected and swollen. Four years later I have pins under my foot which are sore especially when it is cold and my left hand is also in dire pain. I went to the clinic twice and was injected on my left foot but nothing changed. Kindly suggest.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have read your query and understand your concern. Based on what you have described, there could be various factors contributing to your symptoms, such as nerve damage, residual effects from the car accident, or even unrelated issues. In the meantime, you could try some general strategies to manage your pain, such as rest, applying heat or cold packs (as appropriate), mild stretching exercises for your hand and foot, over-the-counter pain relief medication (if safe for you), and practicing good self-care techniques like stress reduction and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I suggest you reach out to an orthopedic doctor, who can provide a comprehensive evaluation and guidance tailored specifically to your situation. I hope you find this helpful.
Thank you.
