Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 35-year-old woman. I tend to feel quite down, anxious, and sad during the winter months. It is like a cycle of depression that hits me every winter. I lose interest in things. I used to enjoy and feel a sense of worry about these feelings. Could this be something serious? I am concerned about these recurring emotions and would like to understand if there might be an underlying issue or if there are ways to manage these seasonal changes. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Do not worry.

I am here to take care of you. I can see that you have seasonal depressive anxiety, especially in cold conditions like the winter. Have you taken any medications for this? Any history of familiar symptoms in the family, any suicidal thoughts, confusion? Are you allergic to cold substances? Kindly take a tablet of Sertraline 50 mg and Benzodiazepine 10 mg orally every day. Try to wear warm clothing, eat warm meals, and exercise regularly.

I hope this helps.

If your symptoms persist, schedule another appointment for follow-up via chat, phone, or video consultation.

Kind regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
