Short Neck

A short neck can be from various reasons. One of the reasons is a condition called torticollis, where the odontoid process of the vertebra stays abnormally poised in the skull. Another reason is an abnormal fusion of the neck vertebrae, especially the second and third ones, which reduces the neck length to an extent. Klippel-Feil abnormality is one such condition leading to a short neck.
