How to increase the penis size?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My penis expands when aroused but appears smaller when flaccid. When it is not hard, it almost appears absent. It has not been developing to its full length when erect, and the remaining sides of my penis are trapping the head like a foreskin. I have been using testosterone injections since I have extremely low testosterone levels. Could this be a source of the problem?

Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

According to your description, there may be a few difficulties, including the fact that you appear to be slightly overweight, which suggests that there may be excess fat around your pubic area.

This keeps a large section of the penis inside the fat, creating the impression that it is smaller. I see you are taking Metformin (used to help lower blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes) for diabetes, which is an independent risk factor for erectile dysfunction or weak erections.

I am also assuming you had balanoposthitis (a condition that causes inflammation of the foreskin and glans in uncircumcised men) as a result of diabetes, and the cream was prescribed for inflamed foreskin. Please provide me with a few more specifics so that I can comprehend what is going on.

I am also assuming you had balanoposthitis as a result of the diabetes, and the cream was prescribed for inflamed foreskin. Please provide me with a few more specifics so that I can comprehend what is going on.

  1. Do you regularly engage in intercourse or masturbation?

  2. Have you undergone any previous surgeries?

  3. What is the value of testosterone, and who prescribed it?

  4. Is there any pain when you ejaculate?

  5. Do you have premature ejaculation?

Please respond with the specifics, and I will try my best to assist you.

I hope this information will help you.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

    Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

Regarding my weight, I am currently weighing more than 300 pounds.

My erections are half the length they should be, and the additional skin from the length of my penis that is not actively stretched to length is serving as limiting skin.

You mentioned that using Metformin for diabetes can lead to erectile dysfunction or weak erections. I am not having weak erections. What happens is that the erection becomes hard and functional. It is just not getting to full length.

And, in response to your question about balanoposthitis, I am circumcised, but as a grower who does not shower, along with my weight, I can see how the head of my penis could have been damaged as if I had a foreskin.

Regarding your questions,

  1. Yes, i do regularly engage in intercourse or masturbation,

  2. No, I have not undergone any previous surgeries.

  3. I take Testoviron D 250 mg that is injected into my hip every two weeks.

  4. No, there is no pain when I ejaculate.

  5. Before this issue, no, I have not prematurely ejaculated.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity)

I would suggest a short course of PDE5 inhibitors, such as Tadalafil 5 mg once a night before supper for 1 to 1.5 months.

You may need a prescription from your local medical practitioner to buy these medications.

If it fails to work, we will need to analyze it with a penile doppler (a test that measures blood flow in the penis), but give it a month or two.

In addition to the medication, I recommend 45 to 60 minutes of exercise per day. Also, ensure that your diabetes (increase in blood pressure) is under control. Your doctor can monitor your diabetes management and alter medications if necessary.

Start kegel exercises and techniques, such as start-stop, squeeze, and diversion, to help with premature ejaculation. These techniques can be learned on the internet.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Regards.
