Patient's Query
Hello doctor.
I am a 23-year-old woman. Recently, I have become more interested in improving my skincare routine in order to get healthier, more beautiful skin.
Kindly guide.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
First, it is essential for you to understand your skin type. There are three types:
Skin care methods differ depending on the type of skin.
For oily skin, use:
Basic face wash.
Moisturizer.
Sunscreens: A silicone gel-based sunscreen is usually preferable.
For combination and dry skin:
Face wash.
Vitamin C serum: around 3 to 4 drops may be used in the morning.
Niacinamide zinc serum: Around 3 to 4 drops may be used at night.
Moisturizer.
Sunscreens.
Apart from that, you could also take a capsule Evion 400 (vitamin E), a tablet Limcee 500 (vitamin C), and a capsule. Seacod cod liver oil (omega-3 fatty acids ) is good for the skin.
For anti-aging, Tretinoin creams or retinol serums can be used once a week for three years, then raised to once every five days, and so on. Tretinoin 0.025 % cream (just a pea-sized quantity) can be used at night after mixing with moisturizer, left on overnight, and then rinsed off in the morning. In the morning, use a decent moisturizer and sunscreen. The daily use of collagen powder is beneficial. Collagen powder may be combined with water and taken on a regular basis.
Skin care techniques that work best:
Chemical peels are a quick and easy technique that produces excellent results for acne-prone skin and acne scarring. Do once every two weeks for a total of six sessions.
Hydrafacials are a luxurious hydration treatment. Ideal for mixed to dry skin. This is done once a month.
Acne scar removal using laser therapy.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
