Ensure the affected area remains dry. Apply Clotrimazole powder frequently to maintain dryness.

Do not use any general or steroid creams such as Betnovate, Surfaz ointment (containing Clotrimazole, Betamethasone, Tolnaftate, and Neomycin), etc.
Continue the medication even after symptoms subside to completely eradicate the fungal infection.
