Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have been going to bed between 1:40 am to 3:30 am for several months since last year. I sleep for several hours, wake up at 7 or 8 am, and go back to sleep from 10 or 11 am to 2 pm. I sleep with bad schedules, and I do not know how to break my bad habit. As a result, I get bad headaches often. Could I get heart problems?
I hope nothing happens to me. Please help.
Thank you.

Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thank you for your reply.
No doctor, it is just a bad habit. I like to watch movies at night.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
Thanks for your follow-up question on icliniq.
Fine, so bad habit of watching mobile is the cause for your sleep schedule problem. So if you leave this habit, you will be alright.
Let me know the answers to the following questions,
1) At what time of night do you feel sleepy, like yawning? Like 11 pm or so?
2) Or do you not feel sleepy and watch mobile to pass the time?
Please reply to me with answers to the above-asked questions so that I can guide you better.
I wish you good health.
Thank you.
