Hi doctor.
I am freaking out, and I am not sure if I should be or not. I got a massage. I thought it was legit but ended with manual stimulation. At one point, the spit on my penis during the stimulation, and now I am terrified I will get an STD, specifically herpes or HPV. Am I overthinking it, or do I have a serious risk? Kindly help me.

If they suffer from any viral infections like HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), hepatitis-B, hepatitis-C, can shed the virus in saliva in very low concentration. When such saliva comes in contact with skin with an ulcer (a wound over your penis), there are a very low risk of a pathogen entering through the wound.
