Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query, and I understand your concern.

There can be various reasons for the inability to focus or decreased motivation. One of the most common reasons is stress at work, in a relationship, or in any other chronic physical or environmental issues. At times, stress can increase to the level of depression or anxiety, which also causes the same symptoms but of a severe nature.

In your case, we need to first establish the cause of your problem, and then only will we be able to deal with it.

Meanwhile, try to prioritize your work, sleep well, and eat a healthy diet. In some cases, underlying health issues affecting the body’s oxygen saturation level and overall well-being may also contribute to poor concentration and fatigue.

I hope this has helped you.

Thank you.
