Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I do understand your concern.

It is tinea corporis (superficial fungal infection) caused by dermatophytes or species of fungus. Maintain proper hygiene.

  • Try not to scratch lesions or rashes as they can spread to other areas of the body.

  • Avoid sharing personal belongings as it is contagious.

  • Avoid wearing tight occlusive wear.

  • Please wear breathable fabrics.

  • Wear loose comfortable thin cotton inners or clothes.

  • Dry yourself completely after bathing. Avoid moisture as moisture favors fungal growth. Keep the area clean and dry.

  • Apply Lamisil at night for six weeks. Apply Luliconazole cream in the daytime for six weeks. Apply the cream two centimeters beyond the margins from outwards to inwards. Nizoral soap for baths for two months.

  • Tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg at night after food for ten days (if itching).

Follow up after six weeks.

I hope that you get your answer. Please let me know if you need any help.

Take care.
