Triple drug therapy is one of the effective and first-line treatments for Helicobacter pylori infection. The triple-drug therapy includes proton pump inhibitor, Clarithromycin with either Metronidazole or Amoxicillin. It helps in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori. By doing so, helps better healing of ulcers and reduces the chances of ulcer relapse.
